Revoseal has clamps in size ranging from 1″ to 12″ rated to 50 BAR at 400°C. Clamps are immediately available with no design costs, variable bore sizes, and modular strong-back systems.
Revoseal’s strong-back systems are capable of carrying full loads in the event o catastrophic piping failure. The strong-back systems are modular designed which makes them versatile on most of our clamps. This has a massive cost-saving benefit when keeping stock of the strong-back systems.
Revoseal’s Tag and Trace System logs data on all leak repairs and enables us to locate all leak vulnerabilities with precision.
The unique tag number produces Job Pack DNA such as:
- Number and dates or re-injections
- Design calculations
- Compound used
- Installation crew
- Date of installation and design lifetime
This information is fundamental for pre-turnaround planning needed by the plaming group.
