Revoseal’s on-line leak sealing methodology ensures that the operational integrity of plant equipment is restored during leak sealing while minimizing a loss in production.

All operations are performed with an emphasis on safety and in a manner that is non-destructive while minimizing noise and emission levels.

Quality Inspection is vitally important. Revoseal complies with SANS/ASME Fabrication Standards, Internal QA/QC, and has AIA Approval as well as developed and customizable Inspection and Test Plans.

We are continuously updating our engineering methods, investing in new technology, as well as research and development to improve old products to deliver safe, more efficient, state-of-the-art leak-sealing deliverables to our clients.

With our engineering team on 24-hour standby, we are capable of responding to emergencies all over the globe with excellent turnaround times. All our qualified engineers design solutions in accordance with ASME PCC2 and ISP 24187 and have FEA and rapid prototyping capabilities with CNC.

Revoseal has clamps in size ranging from 1″ to 12″ rated to 50 BAR at 400°C. Clamps are immediately available with no design costs, variable bore sizes, and modular strong-back systems.

Revoseal’s strong-back systems are capable of carrying full loads in the event o catastrophic piping failure. The strong-back systems are modular designed which makes them versatile on most of our clamps. This has a massive cost-saving benefit when keeping stock of the strong-back systems.

Revoseal’s Tag and Trace System logs data on all leak repairs and enables us to locate all leak vulnerabilities with precision.

The unique tag number produces Job Pack DNA such as:

  1. Number and dates or re-injections
  2. Design calculations
  3. Compound used
  4. Installation crew
  5. Date of installation and design lifetime

This information is fundamental for pre-turnaround planning needed by the plaming group.
